Yamazakura Cherry Wood Tea Coaster

There's something satisfying about setting your cup down on a proper coaster, it makes even a quick afternoon tea feel a little more intentional. These are made from Japanese mountain cherry wood, which is naturally hard and scratch-resistant. The grain is subtle and warm, and the wood deepens to a rich amber color the more you use it.

Crafted at a small sawmill in Gifu Prefecture, each coaster arrives wrapped in washi paper with a twine bow.
