Uji Classic Matcha - Kilogram

Made from tana-shaded tencha grown in the hills of Uji, this ceremonial grade matcha is a versatile, approachable choice for daily drinking. Medium bodied with smooth, vegetal tones that spread across the tongue, with a slight nuttiness. Balanced bitterness cleans the palate, finishing slightly floral with a touch of sweetness. The aroma is relaxing and mellow with a hint of vegetal sweetness.

A very solid entry point into ceremonial matcha. Makes an excellent usucha and works wonderfully in lattes and other matcha-based beverages.
